These terms govern your use of seogix.com and the services provided by SEOGIX. By using this website or ordering a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our services
SEOGIX is an SEO agency. We provide link building, guest posting, local SEO, technical SEO, content writing, and free SEO tools (including a free DR checker, website audit, and website rank checker). Service details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed with you before work begins, usually over WhatsApp or email.
2. Orders and payment
Most services are priced on a custom quote. Our link building service starts at $2 per link. Payment is due before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
3. Link building and the 90-day guarantee
When you order link building from us, we place backlinks on real websites and send you a report with the live URLs. If any backlink we place is removed within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. This guarantee covers links removed by the publisher. It does not cover links lost because your own website went down, changed its URLs, or blocked the linking page.
4. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee first-page or number-one rankings. Nobody controls Google’s rankings, so be careful with anyone who promises a position. We also do not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, leads, or sales. SEO results depend on your website, your market, and Google’s algorithm, all of which change over time.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your website and your business, to use our services lawfully, and not to use them for any illegal, misleading, or harmful purpose. You are responsible for your own website and its content.
6. Refunds
Because our services involve manual work that begins as soon as you order, we handle refund requests case by case. If you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it with you. If we have not started your work yet, we will refund you in full.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on seogix.com, including text, images, and tools, belongs to SEOGIX unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, or resell our content or tools without our written permission. Reports and links we deliver to you as part of a paid service are yours to keep and use.
8. Liability
Our services are provided as they are, without warranties beyond what is written in these terms. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost traffic.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. If we make a significant change, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
